Sensor
A compact sensor (ESP32 with temperature probes) attaches to the boiler — on flow, return and room air. Installation takes minutes; no wiring into the building's electrical system.
WiFi
The sensor reports its readings every few minutes over your existing WiFi. No new infrastructure, no cabling, no SIM card.
Dashboard
You see the readings live in the CHALUR dashboard — with history, a per-property status overview and automatic email alerts.
